Large Amigurumi Panda
This Large Amigurumi Panda lives up to it’s name…it’s quite big! Working with Bernat Blanket yarn, and a 10mm hook, it works up quickly and shows a lot of progress for the effort put in!
Please consider when deciding to make this pattern the following:
This pattern uses a few different yarn weights, and if you change one, you have to change them all. This would also lead to needing to scale the fleece. Doable, but complicated (if like me you don’t remember most of high school math).
The fleece used for the feet and arms will also be used for the eye markings, so keep that in mind when making your selection.
Gauge is more important than hook size. If with a 10 mm hook the gauge is too loose move down a hook size till you achieve gauge.
When picking nylons, get the largest and cheapest you can, because they stretch best. I get mine at the dollar store, and they are perfect!
