Large Flying Fox
Description
The Malayan Large Flying Fox is an original souvenir. This Bat is quite similar to a real one, imitating the actually existing creature.
The Bat is crocheted from mohair yarn; the body is stuffed with fiberfill; the legs and wings are set on a flexible wire frame.
Materials:
1.Yarn:
For the torso and scalp: The Yarn NAKO , Turkey, 60% polyamide, 40% acrylic; thickness: 3.5 oz/268 yds (100 g/245 m); two colors: terracotta 5520, yellow 1043. Total it takes about - 1.2 oz/ 35 g.
For the wings and head: Angora Fine yarn,Turkey, 50% Kid mohair, 20% Virginia wool, 30% acrylic, thickness: 3.5 oz/ 820 yds(100 g/750 m); two colors: black 4016, brown 4009. Total it takes– 1 oz/30 g.
2.Fiberfill.
3.Copper or aluminum wire.
