This pattern is for the owl amigurumi toy pictured above. Finished owl measures approximately 14 inches tall (excluding the ears) and is approximately 10 inches wide. Size of the finished product will vary depending on amount of stuffing used and tightness of stitch.

Size “G” hook (4.25MM)
Stitch marker, Poly-fil, Tapestry needle
Worsted Weight Yarn:
546 yards of your main color
200 yards of your alternate color A
Small amount of alternate color B
Small amount of white
Small amount of black (if not using safety eyes)
Small amount of 3 colors for embroidering
Safety eyes (optional – instructions are included to crochet these as well)

Special Techniques: You will need to know how to create a Magic Circle, how to crochet two stitches together as a decrease, how to switch colors, and how to whip stitch (or sew an opening closed).
