Large Ripple Cushion
by Marie Wallin
The Large Ripple Cushion was a very popular kit inspired by the workshop project Marie held in 2015. The cushion uses the technique of 3D knitting and 7 colours of Rowan Felted Tweed and is a fun project to do. The ripples are easy to do and are worked one at a time as you knit along a row. Each ‘ripple’ row is separated by a band of stocking stitch.
The finished cushion measures 44cm (17 ins) x 44cm (17 ins) and you will need a 46cm (18 ins) x 46cm (18 ins) machine washable cushion pad and a piece of backing backing of the same size.
