Quick Large Yarn Bombing Poppy Made On A Circular Knitting Machine

I run a successful yarn bombing group ‘Toppers Of Northwich’, we were working on remembrance Sunday and needed a quick large poppy, so i designed this one which I made on a 48 needle knitting machine. This poppy is really quick to make up and we use them in large clusters on the fence around our war memorial.

You can make it on any size circular knitting machine, your poppy will just be smaller on a lower sized machine.

This poppy using a 48 needle machine will be 6in using DK Yarn.

There is even a leaf made on a smaller 22 needle machine included in the pattern.
