Gauge: 20 sts in 4in/10cm in stockinette stitch

The samples were made using Cascade Superwash 220, Lion Brand Jeans (and 4.5mm / US7 knitting needles), Red Heart Baby Hugs Light (and 5mm / US8 knitting needles)

You will need: yarn (up to 80 grams), knitting needles to obtain the gauge (please make sure you make a gauge swatch! The top/entrelac part is knit flat, the rest/stockinette part is knit in the round – make sure you have either double pointed needles or circular needle if you are doing magic loop), darning needle to sew the seams and to weave in the yarn ends. Crochet hook (usually G/4mm works for most) to make ties or a ribbon if you would like to use it for back closure. One stitch marker, three stitch holders or pieces of scrap yarn.

the yoke is knit flat, the rest of the romper is knit in the round.

The pattern (along with 21 other newborn sized patterns) in newborn size only is also included in the book Tiny Knits for Tiny People (it is available on Amazon).
