Late Harvest
I was inspired by Mindy’s commitment to using ethically sourced natural dyes and locally raised wool. Anything I designed with her yarn had to reflect the natural world from which it came. I settled on a tam with a single large flower encircled with small leaves. The design echoes the plant material that was used to dye the yarn. I’d never knit with rambouillet fiber before and it was a lot of fun getting to know with this wonderfully soft, springy yarn.
