This cowl can be knit either using traditional long-tail cast on and bind off, and then seamed together; or alternatively, using Provisional Cast On, and Kitchener stitch to seam cast on and bound off edge.

20.5 x 122cm (8 x 48in) before seaming.

Yarn
Knitted using 100g of Amitola Brushed shade 324 Elvira.

Tension/gauge
Approximately 3.5sts to 2.5cm (1in) over pattern stitch using 8mm (US 11) knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension.
