This hat is meant to show off Malabrigo Caracol in all its colorful glory. Caracol has the look of stained glass, with its hand-painted colorways, thick-and-thin texture and distinctive black thread wrapping. It’s a simple twist on the basic welted hat, knit in the round beginning with 2x2 ribbing.

You will need US 9 (5.5mm) needles in 16” circular and double-points.
