The pattern is worked in rows. The border is worked in rounds.
If you use a different weight of yarn, remember that your blanket will turn out bigger or smaller.
The pattern is multiple of 2 sts. If you want to adjust the size, make enough chains at the begging for your needs. Keep in mind that the stitch is textured and will take some cm/inch from the length and the width. It’s better to make the beginning chains at least + 10 stitches.
CH3 is counted as the first dc stitch
The slip-stitch rows do not give any height to the blanket, we use them to turn back to the right side of our work. When you are working the border, skip these rows. ( They are not visible )
Final measurements:
90cm x 90cm/35-inch x 35-inch inches in height with the hat’s tip bent.

Gauge: 4” x 4”/ 10 cm x 10 cm equals 12 rows x 13 stitches in pattern repeat. The gauge is unwashed.
