I made these for my brother’s wedding this past October; his wife is an avid knitter and beautiful to boot, and I wanted to make something to adequately commemorate the occasion. Knit Picks Palette has such an amazing selection of colors, and felts up beautifully. These hearts are lightly felted in order to hold lavender inside them, but not so felted that you can’t crochet a pretty contrasting border around the edge.

I have also included instructions to attach a twisted cord, so that they can be ornamental. They are wonderful for dresser drawers and as decorations in bowls!
