Lavender Shades is one of my small asymmetrical shawls, knitted from side to side.
Rotation of the stockinette stitch and contrasting colors gives it charm and elegance.

Fingering or sock yarn is recommended for this pattern, it gives an elegant look and drapes nicely.

The size could be optional - shorter or longer, depends how many sections would be repeated.

Light blue color - 200 yards
Dark blue color 230 - 250 yards
