These cute little stress balls make the perfect gift or weekend project. They are soft and squishy, with the added bonus of being filled with dried lavender buds for a pleasant scent, reminiscent of days at a spa. They can be used as decorative sachets as well. I used purple yarn, but any color can be used. These stress balls require both stuffing and dried lavender buds as a filling; the stuffing is to make them softer, hold their shape, and help keep the lavender in place. Any type of yarn can be used in place of wool, including bamboo, synthetic, and cotton.

Note that getting an exact gauge is not important for this pattern, so long as the stitches are kept tight.
