Lavender's Blue, Dilly Dilly Shawl
This is a large top-down crescent-shaped shawl.
I used 2 balls of SchoppelWolle Crazy Zauberball in (each ball is 100g / 420m fingering weight / 4 ply) and a 5.5m hook, though any fingering or sock yarn will work just as well.
When I worked this shawl, I used the whole of one ball just for the body of the shawl, then started the edging with the second ball. I only just had enough yarn to complete the edging.
I’ve adjusted the pattern to make it into a recipe-type pattern to make sure that you can make the shawl with the amount of yarn you have!
