This piece is worked in one piece from the top down in parts: Top (rows), Skirt (rounds). The Neck Border is added last (rounds).
To measure for your desired fit:
Length: Measure from top of shoulder downward. Add or omit Skirt rounds to adjust length to taste.
Width: Measure around chest at largest part. Follow size with Bust that is up to 10” smaller than actual body measurement (arm openings should leave up to 5” gaps).
