Pattern Notes
Pattern worked in sections: Tote (rounds), Handle (rows), Handle Borders (rounds).
Tote and Handle worked in one piece (without fastening off). Handle is joined by sewing last row to Tote, borders added last to create an even edge and to secure fabric.
If substituting yarn, use a hook size suggested on the yarn label, or even a bit smaller to create a tight fabric.
