Clarification notes from Verna

Lace section, Row 8: k2, kfb, knit to end of row

Should be ”garter” stitch, not “gather” stitch.

Garter Rows 1 - 8: k2, kfb, k2, kfb, k to the end of row.
(So, one is increasing twice at the beginning of each row and knitting the rest of the row. After 2 rows the increases will balance out.)
