“’Leaf’ it on” - Impressive Scarf with leaf motif in Tunisian crochet.
Impressive Scarf with leaf motif in Tunisian crochet. The peculiar leaf design is similar to knitting, but it is crocheted! It looks like brioche crochet/knitting, but it is not reversible. This project can be made very quickly and is the perfect gift, thanks to my video tutorial showing how to crochet the leaf motif.

This pattern is easy to follow, thanks to the many links to my video tutorials explaining stitches and techniques. It uses basic Tunisian crochet stitches (tss, twtss, tks, Rib Stitch).

This pattern is in ENGLISH and uses standard US crochet terminology and abbreviations.

• MATERIALS
135 g (4.76 oz) of Light/DK yarn, preferably self-striping). I used “Herman” by Tessiland (www.tessiland.com).
Tunisian hook, or normal crochet hook: 4,5 mm (5 – I/9) – or hook size needed to obtain gauge; stitch marker(s) (optional).

• STITCHES USED
Tunisian Rib Stitch, Tunisian Knit Stitch - worked flat; Back Bump Increasing, Decreasing; regular crochet basics

• GAUGE
19 sts x 15 rows in Tunisian Rib St = 4” (10 cm)

• DIMENSIONS
About 170 x 12 cm (67” x 4.7”)
