This cushion cover is part of my botanical pattern series, which began with the popular Monstera Leaves Cushion Cover and Monstera Coaster.

What makes this Leafy Hedges design truly unique is its eye-catching appeal that seamlessly fits into various decor styles, from contemporary to traditional.

Crafted using the Mosaic Overlay crochet technique, this pattern incorporates a few special stitches that add depth to the design. I’ve created step-by-step photo and video tutorials for these stitches, along with a detailed guide for beginners new to the Mosaic Overlay technique. This ensures that crocheters of all skill levels can confidently create this beautiful piece.

Materials:

Drops Muskat (Moss Green Colour 90, white Colour 18),
100% mercerized cotton.
50g(1.76oz)=100m (109yds)
Or any equivalent yarn you have.

For one Cushion Cover you will use up approx:
200g of colour A (background colour)
190g of colour B (picture colour)

Scissors
Tapestry needle
Matching zip (optional)
Sewing thread and needle to sew in the zip (optional)
Cushion insert 20”x20” (50x50cm) or 18”x18” (45x45cm)
