The Leafy Orange Coaster is the sixth coaster in the “A Little Slice of Summer Coaster Set.” This coaster is worked seamlessly in the round, starting from the outer cast on edge decreasing to the center. The leaves are worked flat separately (with 1 small seam) and attached. This is a great project to use up your cotton scraps.

Knitting in the summer heat can be uncomfortable when your project is meant to be used in winter. This is designed to be a quick summer project that can easily be completed on a warm evening.

Skills Necessary: Working in the round, k2tog, p2tog, seaming

Needles:
• US size 7 (4.5 mm) double pointed needles (set of 4)
or
• US size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle long enough for magic loop
or size to obtain correct gauge

Color A: Approximately 20 yds (18 m) 100% cotton worsted weight
