This pattern is an original design, and has been adapted for 2-8 children’s sizes. It is great for a boy or a girl, and it is easy to knit and to follow the pattern. I have given this as a gift myself, and it has generated many “OOhs and AAhs”.

For the body of the pattern you will only need 2-3 skeins of a yarn that gives a 5 st. to the inch gauge. I used scraps left over from other projects to do the letters and the pattern. You are never using more than two colors at a time, so the yarn stays neat and orderly. I also inserted buttons for the left shoulder to make it easy to slip on and off.

The pattern is suitable for beginning to advanced knitters. It is surprisingly easy to finish, but the results are outstanding. The pattern will be sent as a PDF file, so there are no shipping charges.
