LEAVES AND FLOWERS
Leaves and flowers is a fun knit. It is a top down, cropped sweater with a bit of ease. Nice to wear with a high waist skirt or pair of trousers or over a dress. It has a lace yoke and a mosaic border on the sleeves and the body. The pattern is written for two colors of Moeke Yarns Elena.
The pattern has row by row written instructions for the lace and the mosaic knitting, and charts. You can choose your preferred way of pattern reading.

MATERIALS - YARN
Moeke Yarns Elena Single (100% Tigaie wool; 198 meter per 60 gram skein)
MC brown; S(240 gr; 792 meter)), M(300 gr; 990 meter), L(360 gr; 1188 meter), XL(420 gr; 1386 meter), XXL(480 gr; 1584 meter). Because the yarn is natural, color variations can happen; it is a good idea to alternate the next skein in for a couple of rounds.
CC1 natural; 60 gr; 198 meter (for smaller sizes 30 gr is enough)

NEEDLES
3,5 mm/US 4 16-inch/40 cm circular needle
4 mm/US 6 16-inch/40 cm circular needle; you also need a longer needle in this size that fits your body width.
3,5 mm/US 4 needles for working in the round: DPNs, 1 long circular or 2 short circulars
4 mm/US 6 needles for working in the round: DPNs, 1 long circular or 2 short circulars
Remember, these needles are the suggested needles, use needles in the size that will give you gauge.

NOTIONS
-Stitch markers – removable; 1 of different color or style for marking start of round. Only if you like to mark your lace or mosaic repeats. Otherwise 1 marker is enough.
-Length of contrasting color waste yarn for stitch holder
-Yarn needle

GAUGE
20 sts/27 rows = 4 inches square in stockinette stitch using 4 mm/US 6 needles
 
SIZE INFORMATION
S(M,L,XL,XXL) with bust width 33”(38”,42½”,48”,54”)/83(95,106,122,135)cm. Positive ease should be around 1”or 2,5 cm.
