This Leaves Chalk Bag is knit from the bottom up and in addition to a climbing chalk bag, makes excellent dog treat pouches or small cinched purses. The top edge folds over to hold the adjustable cinch cord in place. I prefer to knit them in a magic loop, but you could also use double-pointed needles. This pattern is for a standard-size climbing chalk bag (around 7 inches high and 5 inches in diameter).
