There are a few anklet patterns out there, but here is my own take on a little something to stop the draughts running up your trouser-leg! It is a simple pattern which you could jazz up a little if you wish!
Skills required include knit, purl, YO and k2tog, cast on and bind off. Buttonholes are made by a simple yarnover. You may want to include a buttonhole in your swatch to make sure the buttons you choose will fit the buttonholes.
Many thanks to my test knitters for their help!
