Leksak Lady
”Leksak”, meaning ”toy” in Swedish, is a pullover previously available in baby and child sizes. The tunic is now also available in adult sizes – let me introduce you to Leksak Lady!
The whole garment, with an exception for the sleeves, is worked back and forth on the needles, but still manages to be completely seamless. The body is worked from the top down, which makes it easy to adapt to fit as you go. It is then finished off with an unusual and decorative take on the front panel, which is worked sideways.
3/4 sleeves adds warmth without getting in the way, and an optional crochet edging makes it possible to add an extra delicate touch to your garment. A perfect, versatile and playful addition to your wardrobe!
Sizes
XS/S/M/L1 (L2/XL/2X/3X)
Actual bust circumference of garment:
32/35/37/40 (43/46/49/51) inches, or 80/88/93/100 (108/115/123/128) cm
Some negative ease is recommended – choose a size that is slightly smaller than your own bust circumference.
Required materials:
Worsted weight yarn; approximately
1000/1060/1120/1200 (1300/1400/1500/1600) yards, or 920/970/1020/1100 (1200/1280/1380/1470) meters
Yardage is estimated for the crochet edging option – garter edgings will require less yardage. Please note that yardage can vary a lot between knitters, depending on yarn and gauge.
