Lemon Balm socks
This cutest pair of socks has been knitted longing for spring and garden works, can’t wait!
But there’s still a lot of snow here up in North where I live. But spring will come, eventually.
In the meantime, I’m going to paint my bedroom walls, sew new curtains, start a crochet blanket and knit a few more pair of socks…
I hope you enjoy knitting “Lemon Balm” socks!
They are knit top-down and are finished with a heel flap, gusset and wedge toe.
Both charted and written instructions are included
The pattern is written for one size, but with a 4 stitch pattern repeat, it is easily customizable to fit different sizes.
Size:
Medium (60sts)
Finished Measurements:
To fit approx. foot circumference of 8 in/20.5 cm
Yarn:
PondersomeBadger (80% Merino Wool , 20% bamboo; 400m/ 100g)
The sample was made using “Harvest time” colorway
Needles:
Double pointed needles 2,5 mm
Gauge:
32sts and 42rows to 10 cm/ 4 inch square measured over stockinette stitch worked in the rnd on 2,5
mm needles
