Lemon Drop Crop Top
This pattern will be available for purchase on Friday, June 21, 2024!
Overview
The Lemon Drop Top is reminiscent of summer sunshine and citrus drinks. I wanted a tank top that evoked the sweet taste of lemonade with a pop of citrus punch! This tank is sweet and simple and the length is easily customizable, but there are length suggestions for a cropped or full-length tank.
Construction
This cropped tank top is crocheted top-down by crocheting 2 triangle panels separately, then crocheting across the bases to join them together. A base chain is added and the rest of the body length is crocheted in the round, including the border at the bottom hem. The top border and straps are added at the very end.

This tank top is designed with -2 to +2 inches / -5 to +5 centimeters of ease. My bust size is 40 inches. My yellow sample is a size 5, or 40”/101.5 cm, and fits with no positive or negative ease at my bust, or with “neutral” ease.
Note - If you have a large difference between your full bust measurement and your upper bust measurement, I suggest choosing a size based on your upper bust measurement.
