This cute pattern uses a pattern stitch which I created after trying various different stitch combinations. I did not use a stitch dictionary.
I wanted something special.
It is not a beginner pattern as it has twisted sts and uses wraps and turns. You need a good basic knowledge of knitting but it is fun to knit!

It fits most 18-20 inch dolls.

It is knit flat in 3 pieces. Shoulder seams are sewn and then sts picked up along the sides and worked to form a cap sleeve.Sts are then picked up around the front, neck and other front to work a border.
It butons with 4 small buttons at the front.
