To fit: child (adult)
Circumference: 42 (48.5) cm or 15¾ (19¼) inches.
Will stretch to fit a range of sizes.

Materials
King Cole Baby Chunky
Shade: 2513 Lemon
A pair of 5½ mm (US 9) knitting needles.
A pair of 6 mm (US 10) knitting needles.
or knit in the round.
