A long and roomy women’s sweater knitted in a very soft blend of alpaca-silk and silk-mohair. The tímaglasið, og “hourglass” pattern, embellishes the body and sleeves, while the yoke is knitted in a single color. The patern was inspired by a story from Tailor Debes about the Tokustova sisters, who lived in the Faroese capital city of Tórshavn and had a special license giving them the right to beg for wool from farmers in outlying areas.
