Lenaghan Granny Square And A Flare Afghan
by Susan Kerin
Project includes working 5-½” squares with close stitching, micro borders, top-stitching, front and back post stitches, and a lacy border full of texture – all making for another great variation of the go-to stash busting granny afghan! Border includes a good mix of textural stitches creating great dimension and a gentle ruffled border band. AND an extra design element in the four final corners. Of 4-ply knitting worsted. Clearly written instructions. Finished measurement approx. 50”x50”.
The linked website SkerinKnittingAndCrochet includes free pdf how-to/tutorials and also two accessory products: the Best Darn Yarn Tenders and the Best Darn Needles and Hooks Tubes. I hope you will take a few minutes to check it out.
