“Leoch”

This design has been inspired by Outlander and the need for shoulder warmth in the Scottish Highlands. I see Claire wearing this design while riding the glens or in the kitchen garden at Castle Leoch.

I have created the cowl in chunky/bulky yarn and is like a shoulder cape when being worn.

It is able to be finished in a number of ways to your preference as can be seen from the photos and is easily adapted for size if you require it to be any bigger than the dimensions of my finished piece.

The short rows are worked using detailed instructions here in the pattern.

I haven’t added a gauge as its not really needed for this piece
