Léonide
This pattern is also available for purchase via PayHip or LoveCrafts.
Léonide is the eighth (and final) pattern in the Courtesans shawl collection.
Léonide LeBlanc was said to have revelled in life, earning herself the nickname ‘Mademoiselle Maximum’. She roamed Europe and North Africa, following whims – this shawl is inspired by one of her random jaunts to Italy, echoing the arches and twisting columns seen in some of the architecture there.
Léonide is a rectangular shawl worked in two sections and grafted at the centre, with lace motifs and cables.
