WHAT IS IT? 
A simple smocked top with ruffle edge and elastic thread inside to create a textured look. It also has elastic band in the top edge to hold the top in place. 
The pattern is simple and good for beginners and has no inc- or decreases. It follows measurements so it can be made in any size and length. The pattern also contains a video link showing how to crochet with elastic.

MATERIALS
3 mm hook 
Lyocell and cotton blend (or regular cotton yarn)
Size 1/superfine/fingering
Yardage: 50 g = 147 m 
I used 100 g for my size “small”. 
Add/remove 25 g/73,5 m for each size (12 cm in circumference, 0,5 cm in length) going up/down. 
I used the brand Softy Lyocell.
