The hat is meant to be worn as a slouchy beanie. You can use a dk yarn and may need to adjust needle size for gauge. I recommend a variegated yarn for the contrast color.
Please note- The yarn I used was LolaBean Yarn for Loops Luxe worsted, rather than the listed Otebo Bean. You can substitute for a worsted or DK yarn.
