Here is a quick little knit for Les Cheries or similar size dollies. Dress begins at the top and is knit in rows (back and forth), making a 5 stitch garter-stitch button band on each side. At waist, knitting is joined with the button bands overlapping, then knit in the round until the end, where you finish with a deep rhumba ruffle.
