This is a pattern I improvised as it went along. Since it proved successful and simple, I’m happy to share it. It’s a warm, lightweight pullover, suitable for wearing over a top or over skin, as this yarn isn’t scratchy at all. It probably wouldn’t work over a shirt, as it’s close-fitting, unless you sized it up - easy to do since it’s all straight lines.

I made it for my own size - bust and waist 113 cm, hips 125 cm. The body is knit sideways with short rows to flare over the belly and buttocks, so it’s easy to keep adding until it looks about right. (I am not a precision knitter!)

The gauge here is an estimate. I didn’t end up using it when making the thing.

It took about 4.5 skeins of Universal Uptown DK Colours. The only other items needed were 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm needles. I used the same yarn for the seams.
