Description: Both the Falling Leaves and Branching Leaves socks are knit in the round, on double pointed needles, toe-up with fingering weight yarn held double. The toes, cuffs, and leaf accents are worked in a contrasting colour. For the Falling Leaves socks, the CC yarn is carried in the back of the work, while for the Branching Leaves socks, bobbins are used to keep the tension of the sock nice and stretchy.

Yarn: fingering weight sock yarn held double throughout 100 g MC, 50 g CC

Needles: US3 (3.25 mm) DPNS (or whatever needles are needed to achieve gauge)

Gauge: 24 sts and 38 rows 10 cm x 10 cm (4 in x 4 in) in stockinette, washed and blocked.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4) based on circumference of foot:

Falling Leaves c/o 40, 48, 56, 64 for 17 ( 20, 23, 26) cm or 6.75 (8, 9, 10) in

Branching Leaves c/o 42, 48, 54, 60 for 17.5 (20, 22.5, 2.5) cm or 7 (8, 8.75, 9.75)
