Les Galets Set
An intricate look for a very straightforward lace, this set of beanie and cowl is a satisfying quick knit.
Choose the softest yarn you can get your hands on and you will be making the perfect closet staple: an hat and a cowl that you won’t forget!
Galets means pebbles.
I live in Alsace, France, nearby the river Rhine, which marks the border between France, Germany and Switzerland, and is a daily sight for our family.
Also, the Ill is the river that gives its name to Alsace. At its source, less than 20 minutes away from my home, water mixes with little rounded pebbles.
