Notes:
For the pictured shawl, I increased the hook size every two pattern repeats:
Beginning through First round of the repeat Rounds: 4mm (G)
Pattern Repeat 2 and 3: 5.5mm (I)
Pattern 4 and 5 +: 7mm
You don’t have to use larger hooks as you progress through the shawl, I just like how it made the shawl ripple. If you want a more streamlined shawl, complete the shawl with a 4mm or 4.5mm hook.
