Welcome to Let it Glass
This pattern is in mosaic crochet, using the Overlay method (also known as: the one row method or Tinna’s method) worked in rows.
This blanket is called Let it Glass. The inspiration for the blanket is leaded glass, which I love. The idea is that you’re looking through a leaded glass window to a beautiful view outside. The blankets shown here are inspired by a fall view and a summer view.

Pattern
The pattern includes a chart (with X’s for where your double crochets should go) as well as a completely written out pattern.
Size
The blanket measures, including the double border, 130 x 175 centimeters / 51 inches x 69 inches.
Yarn stats
Total blanket, with the double border: 1.730 grams / 61 ounces: 741 grams /26 ounces of color A and 989 grams / 35 ounces of color B.
For the blanket itself you need a 4 mm/G/6 hook, for the border you will need a hook one size smaller too.
My blankets
For the Fall version I used black for my color A and 14 other colors for my color B, all Stylecraft Special DK.
For the Summer version is used a deep grey for my color A and 14 other colors for my color B, all Stylecraft Special DK.
