There are two sizes available in this pattern.

Medium Size: 9.5-inch-tall, 10-inch-tall with handles, and 10 inch wide.
Large Size: 12.5-inch-tall, 13-inch-tall with handles, and 13 inch wide.

This basket is worked in the round from the bottom up creating the base first, the sides, then the handles.

This basket uses a technique of tapestry crochet and is a great introduction with this piece. Making house hold items are so useful and special.

This is an intermediate crochet pattern but don’t let this tapestry crochet piece intimidate you, half of my testers had not done a tapestry project before and loved this pattern.

We will be using two colors so be sure you are watching your yarn during color changes to not get tangled or twisted.

You will need a main color and a contrasting color.

Move up the stitch marker as you go to keep track of the beginning of each row.
