Here are the answers to some people’s questions: The cape is for all sizes, you can adapt on the fly by adding more circle segments. The length should also be ok for everyone. The hight of the model is 1,75m. I am 10 cm less and it is still ok. But if you want changes it is VERY easy to do so. Just cast on more or fewer stitches for varying the length and knit more or fewer circle segments for bigger or smaller sizes.
You need about 800 to 1000 g of the main yarn and 200 g of the second yarn, if you want to be on the safe side when you order. Of course, it is difficult to tell about other yarns than the one I used.
Another answer to questions: Noro yarn is very expensive and it may be difficult to get the yarn, especially the Shinkiro. If you want the color composition as the original just look closely, it is all within the natural range, and it should be easy to get a blend of these. I am thinking of Rowan’s yarns for instance, they have lovely tweed yarns within this range.
