Let It Snow Valance
Keep snowflakes around all year with this icy blue snowflake valance. It is worked from the bottom up, using a diagonal filet crochet technique, and includes a repeat in the pattern to increase the width of the valance to fit your window. The rod pocket is built into the design to fit a 5/8” diameter curtain rod. A detailed chart is included for reference. Skill Level: Easy.
