Gauge is not important.
I recommend same yarn type for the pattern, but you can try to play with other yarn options.

What was important for me is the Light color and Dark.

Simplicity was the key to “showcase” the Peruvian tones yarn.

Enjoyed making it a lot!

Tried it with Cascade 220 and Cascade 220 Effects. Looks awesome!
