TENSION/GAUGE: 22/24 stitches x 30/32 rows = 10cm x 10cm (4ins x 4ins) in Stocking stitch using 3.25mm (US 3 / UK 10)
Original was worked in Rowan Summerlite 4ply – MC #727 Black,  CC1 #856 Mineral (Lime)   CC2 #858 Aqua (Blue) & a small amount of (CC3) #741 Poppy (Red)

Good substitutes are: Stylecraft Classique Cotton 4ply, DMC 4ply Natura Just Cotton,  Sirdar Softee Baby 4ply, Filatura Di Grosa Dolce Amore, Katia Missouri 3,or any yarn to obtain gauge
Knitting Needles size:  2.75mm & 3.25mm (US: 2 & 3 / UK: 12 & 10) to obtain gauge
Yarn Needle
Scissors
8x 10mm(¼ in) suitable red buttons
2x small stitch holders to hold 11 – 15 sts or use a smaller size needle
