This pattern is worked from the top down on circular needles. You begin with a short rib then start increasing for the shoulders, which creates a lovely raglan style. Once you have the increased to the full width you will hold the stitches for the sleeves and continue knitting the body.
You will then go back and knit each sleeve. There is the option of adding a button band.

The length of the cardigan is determined by you
Width (below sleeves) is as follows:
S (UK size 8-12): 50 cm
M (UK size 12-16): 55 cm
L (UK size 16-20): 63 cm
XL (UK size 20-24): 70 cm
XXL (UK size 24-28): 75 cm

Materials needed
3-5, 200g balls of Lauren Aston Designs Super Chunky Merino Yarn
10 mm (US 15) circular knitting needles (ideally with a 60 cm cord)
15 mm (US 19) circular knitting needles (ideally with a 60 cm cord)
1x 10 mm (US 15) double pointed knitting needle - if adding the optional button band
2 x stitch holders (or 2x 1 m of waste yarn)
4 x stitch markers
OOptional: Buttons (however many you want to add)
Optional if adding buttons: Locking stitch markers (quantity to match your button quantity)
