Use this pattern to create personalized sweater ornaments for the people you love this Christmas! These tiny sweaters are irresistibly cute. It’s a great pattern for using up sock yarn scraps.

This pattern includes color charts for all 26 letters of the alphabet!

This ornament is knit in the round, top-down using the raglan method. I personally find that the magic loop method is easier for tiny items knit in the round. If you are using the magic loop method you need US 1 / 2.25 mm circular needles with at least a 32” cable. Otherwise use a set of double pointed needles.

One ornament uses about 4 grams / 17.5 yds of the main color and about 1 gram / 4.5 yds of the contrasting color.

The gauge isn’t terribly important as the sweater isn’t going to be worn by anyone. Feel free to use larger needles if that is more comfortable for you. The sweater will be slightly larger.
