Mamma Min Socks are inspired by and named after mother-child relationships. The simple lace pattern adds the little extra touch of care, yet doesn’t take much longer than knitting plain stockinette.

Mamma Min Socks are knitted top-down, and the pattern includes three sizes, with 48, 56 and 64 stitch leg circumference.

For feet shoe size 38 (US 7) I cast on 56 stitches with suggested light sport-weight yarn, and use about 225m of yarn. For the thicker, felted version I use heavier yarn and cast on 48 stitches.
