Rose Socks are modern ankle socks featuring strands of the iconic Selbu Rose motif. I use mine to keep feet cozy when I’m lounging, inside short boots in winter or as slippers when I’m travelling.

Rose Socks are designed for ladies feet size S/M. With the indicated needles 2,0 and 2,5mm (US 0 and 1 1/2) and yarn weight I get socks fitting shoe sizes 36-37 (US 7). Using needles 2,5 and 3,0mm I get size 39 (US 9).

The pattern also describes an optional mid-calf version of the Rose Socks.

For the ankle socks you need one skein of main colour and less than half a skein of contrast colour.
